Gaurdian cc check elo6/10/2023 To me, it seems like the smartest option is to just not lock myself into these comps so early into the game, because you never know who is going to contest your comps that early, but I was wondering if there was a more foolproof strategy to playing when contested, other than just playing down an augment and full pivoting to something less contested. Games like this have happened when I've tried playing Anima Squad with a +1, Infiniteam, Star Guardian, etc. I was playing on an Ipad at my GF's house on her account, and for some reason, all of my game knowledge just ceases to exist when I play on mobile lmao.Īs you can see from the example, I took Lasercorps heart, but I was being contested by someone else who took Duelist spat? Anyway, he ended up snowballing a ridiculous lead because he got a free Warwick off of carousel that I desperately needed, and after that I was just completely unable to compete. I'll make a million excuses here, I get that this is far from being the best game I could use as an example. ![]() I get that there are variations for each team comp, but when the other player is hard contesting some of my core units, I just have no idea how to play around that and avoid bleeding out. Sometimes this works out well for me, however other times I'll be hard contested by someone else that doesn't even have a +1. Unfortunately, I have my preferences when it comes to playing certain comps, and I'll occasionally insta-pick certain augments that make playing said comps a lot easier (for example, I love playing Lasercorps, so Lasercorps Heart/Soul is usually an insta-take for me). I hate playing contested, and usually this leads me to doing things like scouting frantically in the early game to double check that what I plan on building into is uncontested and picking my early augments last. However, I've developed some bad habits that oftentimes put me at a disadvantage. ![]() I recently hit Diamond in TFT for the first time, and I really think I'm improving a lot as I've been climbing.
